The state Duma approved the bill about the ratio of wages in state institutions

The state Duma adopted in the first reading the draft law of the Ministry of labor, which involves linking the salaries of managers to the salaries of subordinates in all state institutions, the state and municipal unitary enterprises, as well as extra-budgetary funds and funds of compulsory medical insurance. This is evidenced by the document on the website of the Automated system of ensuring legislative activity.

Now the ratio of salaries of managers, their deputies and chief accountants with the salaries of other employees shall be established only in the Federal state institutions and unitary enterprises (such as hospitals or universities). Information about the average salary, according to the bill, should be posted on the official websites of companies or on the sites of their founders. Labor Minister Maxim Topilin said that the Ministry is awaiting the law already in the middle of the year.
