Vakhitovsky district court in Kazan ruled on Tuesday, may 24, to send the son of a businessman Igor Sosin Egor Sosin for compulsory treatment, reports TASS with reference to the press service of the court. “The order of the court Egor Sosin is exempt from criminal responsibility and sent for compulsory treatment of the closed type”, — told the Agency the press-Secretary of the court Tatiana Salova.

Earlier, the examination found that the 20-year-old Sosin, Jr. could not control his actions because of a chronic mental disorder. On the basis of expert opinion a result was asked to send him to a mental hospital.

During sentencing, the defendant covered his face with sheets of paper. Asked by the judge whether he agrees with the verdict, the young man answered in the affirmative, reports “RIA Novosti” with reference to its own correspondent from the courtroom.

The murder occurred on December 10 last year in the hotel complex “Korston” in Kazan, where Sosin’s mother came to participate in the training on the theme of family relationships.
