Police conclude search of Lynette Dawson, the former home of
In a press release, NSW Police said they did not find Lynette remains, or any items relevant to research on the beaches of the north of the property.

The operation is part of an investigation into the 1982 disappearance and presumed murder of Ms Dawson.
The operation began on Wednesday, September 12, and the attack Strength of Scriven was established by the Homicide Squad’s unsolved Homicide Unit in 2015, with the hope of providing answers to Ms Dawson’s family.
“We want to make sure that we can put this to bed,” Homicide Squad commander Detective Superintendent Scott Cook, said to journalists last Wednesday.

The police began to “hand ” dig” in the Dawson’s old house in the northern beaches of Sydney, the Wednesday.
Contractors remain in the property, to the restoration and repair of the areas that may have been affected by the police investigation.
Lynette Dawson’s disappearance has piqued the interest not only in Australia, but all over the world due to The Australian’spopular research podcast of The Teacher’s Pet.
Although no remains have been found, but Ms Dawson rose rebeca recovered and was found to have cut marks consistent with stab marks.
Despite two coronial inquiries in 2001 and 2003, no one has been convicted for the murder, but the ex-husband Christopher Dawson has long been a suspect in the case.
Mr. Dawson has maintained his innocence and refused constantly with a hand in his wife’s disappearance.
In 1982, Mr. Dawson stated that his wife ran out to join a religious cult.
However, Det Supt Scott Cook said he had the “absolute” confidence in the police would be able to file charges against Mr. Dawson, even if the operation does not find the remains.
