Poroshenko signed a decree on the introduction of anti-Russian sanctions

MOSCOW, may 18 — RIA Novosti. The President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko has signed the decree about introduction of sanctions against Russian business, adopted by the Council of national security of the Republic.

The national security Council and defence of Ukraine (NSDC) on 2 may expanded its sanctions against Russian legal and physical persons, and also extended the restrictive measures imposed in previous years. As previously reported by the press service of the national security Council introduced sanctions against individuals who “involved in the information and cyberagression” against Ukraine, illegal actions against the citizens of Ukraine, who were arrested in Russia, and sanctions against State Duma deputies and Federation Council members. In addition, the decision of the Council extended the sanctions applied in previous years.

“To enact the decision of national security Council and defense of Ukraine from may 2, 2018 “On the application and cancellation of personal special economic and other restrictive measures (sanctions)””, — stated in the decree, published on the website of the President of Ukraine.
