Despacito star ‘deprived by impersonator’

A thief mimics, Puerto Rican rapper Daddy Yankee has allegedly stolen 2 million Euro ($2.3 m; £1.8 m) worth of jewels from his hotel room in Spain.

Spanish paper Las Provincias, reported by a man who will open as the performer, real name ramón Luis Ayala, called the staff at his hotel in Valencia, the room is secure.

The artist is currently on tour in Europe.

Daddy Yankee representative Nevarez PR confirmed the theft in a Twitter post in Spanish.
