MOSCOW, June 26 — RIA Novosti. The white house is considering a Helsinki, Finland as a possible place of meeting of the presidents of the US and Russia Donald trump and Vladimir Putin, according to the publication Politico, citing informed sources.
“The meeting place is Helsinki, capital of Finland”, — quotes the edition source.
As noted, although there is no final decision on a possible summit “is not set down on paper, all preparing for the possibility that it could be Helsinki.”
Previously, the newspaper Financial Times citing a senior source in Russia reported that the meeting between trump and Putin will take place after the visit of the US President to Britain on 13 July.
According to the publication, “the parties have reached a preliminary agreement on the fact that logistic (meetings) will be more convenient another host country”, not Austria.
Later, the press Secretary of the President Dmitry Peskov refused to comment on the newspaper.
