Rihanna’s house was broken into by an alleged stalker who allegedly spent 12 hours on the interior, US prosecutors say.
Eduardo Leon, 27, has been accused of harassment, first-degree residential burglary, vandalism and resisting arrest.
Rihanna was not home at the time of the alleged incident in Los Angeles on May 9.
Lion, of Fullerton, California, is due to appear in the Foltz Criminal Justice Center Monday.
The suspect is accused of a leap the fence and enter in a house the property of Rihanna in the Hollywood Hills.
Allegedly spent 12 hours in the interior of the house and was arrested the next day after being discovered by the lead singer of the wizard.
If convicted, Leon faces a possible maximum penalty of six years in prison.
The case is still being investigated by the los Angeles Police Department.
