The lawsuit alleges that the campaign of trump “with jubilation welcomed the help of Russia” in the elections of 2016
The democratic party filed a lawsuit to the Russian government, the electoral headquarters of Donald trump and the Internet-resource WikiLeaks, accusing them of criminal conspiracy during the presidential elections in the United States.
In a lawsuit filed in Federal court in Manhattan, alleges that senior representatives of the election campaign trump conspired with the Russian government and “military intelligence Agency” with the purpose to prevent the victory of democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton, including by hacking servers of the Democratic party.
The lawsuit alleges that the campaign of trump “with jubilation welcomed the help of Russia” in the elections of 2016, as well as allegations against staff at the trump’s “the racket”.
Last year, four U.S. spy agencies issued a statement that Russia sponsored the hacking of public organizations associated with the Democratic party, and also carried out other acts of interference in the campaign for 2016.
Part of these efforts were intended to contribute to the victory of Republican Donald trump, said U.S. secret service.
The national Committee of the Democratic party accuses Russia of disruption of its computer systems in 2015 and first half 2016.
Hackers have circulated internal messages of the party and its officials during the Convention of the Democratic party, and WikiLeaks has released thousands of emails, some of which put Clinton in a bad light.
In the lawsuit appear the names of Donald trump Jr., former adviser to presidential candidate Roger stone, as well as the President-in-law Jared Kushner.
Donald trump has repeatedly said that between his campaign and Russia there was no conspiracy. In turn, the Russian authorities have also denied intervention in the American elections in 2016.
