TalkTalk tops complaints table again

TalkTalk has once again been named the most complained-broadband services company in the UK, in the latest report from telecom regulator Ofcom.

For every 100 000 TalkTalk customers, approximately 31 filed a complaint with Ofcom on the broadband services between October and December 2017.

The technical errors have been the main reason for complaints, according to the report.

BT and Vodafone have been the most complained-about mobile network operators.

Vodafone has also been the most complained-about mobile operator in the previous report, Ofcom, published in January.

BT came out worse for pay-TV services.

When TalkTalk ahead of the broadband complaints list in January, he said that he had closed the customer service centres in India and been the delivery of an “improved customer satisfaction”.

However, the latest report from Ofcom shows that the number of complaints about TalkTalk broadband has increased.

The company has also attracted the most complaints for its telephone service.

“We always strive to provide the best possible experience, and are disappointed by these results,” the company said in a press release.

Again stated that “the closure of our contact center in India” was to blame for the poor figures, as he had “caused some temporary disruption for customers”.
