The Ukrainian Prosecutor’s office will not ask the Kherson court arrest new suspect captain arrested by Ukrainian border guards Crimean fishing vessel “Nord” Vladimir Gorbenko, told RIA Novosti Tatiana Tihonchik — the press Secretary of the Prosecutor’s office of Crimea (structure, established in the Prosecutor’s office of Ukraine after the reunification of the Peninsula with the Russian Federation).

“Prosecutors will ask the court to take the captain’s measure in the form of personal commitments,” – said Tihonchik.

Earlier Kherson city court arrested the ship’s captain, Vladimir Gorbenko two months with the right to bail. He was charged with “violating the procedure of entry in the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine and departure from it with the purpose of causing harm to the interests of the state”, the captain threatens till five years of imprisonment. The lawyers made a designated court bail, after receiving all the supporting documents of the transfer of money. On Tuesday, the captain of the “Nord” was released from prison.

Then the Ukrainian militiamen suspected Gorbenko in illegal fishing, court on Wednesday will elect the measure of restraint.
