Ex-Ukrainian Romanchuk made his debut for the national team of Poland

Former Ukrainian Taras Romanchuk, who last month changed Ukrainian citizenship for Polish, debuted for the national team of Poland.

Jagiellonia midfielder went immediately into the starting lineup of the Polish national team in a friendly match with South Korea.

Note that Romanchuk was called to the national team of Poland immediately after received the passport. In the match with Nigeria Romanchuk took to the field and watched from the bench as his new team lost to the Nigerians with the score 0:1.

26-year-old midfielder played 61 minutes in the match against South Korea, and by the time his team won with the score 2:0.

In the end the match ended 3:2 in favor of the poles.

Earlier it was reported that Ukraine has got the first victory in 2018.
