Steven Spielberg ‘ s Ready Player One critic dazzled at the South by South West (SXSW) festival, with one calling the film “a mesmerizing blockbuster.”

In the year 2045, the film unfolds in a dystopian world whose inhabitants take refuge in a virtual reality game.
The result, says Forbes, ” Charlie Fink, “an instant sci-fi masterpiece”.
Ready Player One, published in the United Kingdom on the 28. March the world premiere on Sunday at the Paramount Theatre in Austin, Texas.
The SXSW Album was preview, sound problems that have led to being stopped for a moment, then joked, Spielberg later, “probably the biggest anxiety attack I’ve ever had”.
To stop the technical difficulties viewers raving about the film, among them is fellow Director Robert Rodriguez.
The Spy Kids film-maker described it on Twitter as a “classic Spielberg fun”, that would be a “reward repeat viewings”.

Based on a 2011 novel by Ernest Cline-Ready Player One, a group of young people embark on a search within a simulated reality known as the oasis.
The film has many references to 80s pop culture, including Batman, the Iron Giant and the DeLorean from Back to the future.
Nods to King Kong, The Shining and Spielberg’s own Jurassic Park, a character in a film variety describes as a “dizzying driving virtual-reality-fanboy-geek-out”.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, meanwhile, calls it “a rollicking adventure through the worlds beats both dark and fantastic,” “an ideal balance between live action and CGI”.
Ready Player One follows hot on the heels of Spielberg’s drama of The Post, which was published in the UK in January and was nominated for two Oscars.
A part of the movie, the Jewellery Quarter, was filmed in Birmingham, which doubled for the film, the futuristic vision of Columbus, Ohio.
The South by South West Festival continues until the 18th March.
