Former state Duma Deputy Ivan Savvidi, who in 2012 acquired a controlling stake in the Greek club PAOK, will be arrested.
Police have issued a warrant for the arrest of the businessman because of the incident on match of the championship Greece between PAOK and AEK. As reported by R-Sport, the order was issued due to the fact that Savvidi took to the field during a match and is not concerned with the fact that he had a weapon. Another four involved in the incident are also subject to arrest.
The President of PAOK had a license for a gun, but according to Greek law no one has the right to keep a weapon in football stadiums.
Earlier it was reported that the Spanish authorities need to condemn players for 2 years for organizing match-fixing.
