According to the publication, it became known that one of the shopping centres of the city took two, a man of 66 years and a woman of 33 years, with signs of poisoning by an unknown substance. After that, city officials have declared a state of emergency, the shopping center and some city districts were completely blocked and cordoned off, experts have been disinfected. A witness told the BBC that they had seen injured on the bench near the entrance to the Mall in about 16 hours. “The man randomly moved his hands up my emptiness. The girl pressed her face against him, as if to sleep, obviously lost consciousness. Honestly, they were clearly not himself,” she said.
Later, the neighbor Sergei Skripal said that around 17:00 the same day, in the house of the former Russian spy the police arrived and since then it never left.
According to the BBC, at the moment, police are investigating the incident.
Let us recall that Sergei Skripal is a former officer of the GRU, was arrested by FSB in 2004 on suspicion of collaborating with the British intelligence service.
