The ally of ex-head of the Odessa regional state administration of Mikheil Saakashvili, member of the party “movement novih forces,” David Sakvarelidze handed indictment upon the breakout at the checkpoint “shehyni” 10 Sep 2017. This is Sakvarelidze wrote on his page in Facebook.
In the text of the indictment says Sakvarelidze, in particular, are accused of “facilitating illegal transportation of persons through the state border of Ukraine; resisting law enforcement; participation in group actions, which led to the disruption of institutions (the checkpoint “shehyni”).
Recall, September 14 Sakvarelidze declared suspicion in Commission of several offenses in connection with the events on the Ukrainian-Polish border on September 10. Later it was reported that the Lviv court has not chosen Sakvarelidze any measure of restraint.
September 10, Ukrainian border guards detained the departure of the train Peremyshl – Kiev due to the presence among the passengers of the former head of the Odessa regional state administration of Mikheil Saakashvili, who earlier were deprived of Ukrainian citizenship.
Saakashvili on the same day crossed the Ukrainian border through the checkpoint “shehyni” on the bus. He literally broke into the country, because the crowd gathered at the checkpoint “shehyni”, broke through the border with the Ukrainian side and started a fight with the guards, who lined up in the transit area. Thus, Saakashvili’s supporters contributed to the illegal crossing of the state border by a group of persons, including MPs.
