Wagner ‘person of interest’, in Wood’s death


US police are investigating the mysterious death of movie star Natalie Wood, her husband Robert Wagner is now a person of interest.

Investigators in Los Angeles say that Wagner has “continually changed his story,” and added that his version of events is not in the “add”button.

Wood drowned in 1981 during a California boat trip with her husband and actor Christopher Walken.

Her death was an accident prevailed was, but the questions lingers.

“We have examined the case in the last six years, I think [Wagner] is more of a person of interest is now,” Lt John Corina of the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s office told CBS News.

“We know now that he was to be the last person, Natalie, before she disappeared,” he said. “I didn’t say seen, to him, the details, the with all of the other witnesses in this case”.

Conflicting versions of what happened on the yacht have contributed to the mystery of how the actress died in November 1981.

Wood, the main role in West Side Story and rebel Without a cause, was a Party the night before her death. The coroner’s investigation ruled she had been drinking and may have slipped in, tried to Board a Dinghy.

But the police says two new witnesses have confirmed, the accounts of a fight between Wagner and Wood on the night she disappeared.
