Kim K: Using a surrogate was ‘so difficult’

Kim Kardashian West has said that the door to her third child, she has been “very difficult”, but that “the connection with our child came instantly”.

The reality tv star and entrepreneur of the third child with Kanye West was delivered by a surrogate mother on Monday.

“It is as if she had been with us all the time,” he added in a message to her fans on Thursday.

Kardashian West has been advised not to become pregnant again, because of possible medical complications.

She brought her older two children, four-year-old daughter to the North and two-year-old son Santo, if the same.

But he suffered from pre-eclampsia and placenta accreta in those occasions.

Pre-eclampsia is a condition that usually occurs in the second half of pregnancy and may cause serious complications, if not monitored and treated.

Placenta accreta is when the placenta attaches too deep in the wall of the uterus.

Kardashian West said in a post on his app that “the doctors have said that it was not safe for my, or the child, the health of the lead mine”.

The 37-year-old said that she and her husband decided to use a “gestational carrier”, which means that the child was biologically mine and Kanye”.

She wrote: “to Have a gestational carrier is definitely different, but who says or thinks that is the easy way out is completely wrong.

“People assume it’s better, because you do not have to do with the physical changes, pain or complications with the delivery, but for me it was so hard not to bring my child, especially after I brought the North and the Saint”.

The star said she had a great relationship with the surrogate mother, and “trusted her completely during the whole process”.

He added: “I’m so grateful for modern technology, and that this is even possible. It’s not for everyone, but I absolutely love my gestational carrier, and this was the best experience I have ever had.

“To have a gestational carrier was so special for us and has made our dreams of expanding our family come true.”

The keeping up With The Kardashians star announced that his daughter was born at 12.47 on Monday, and weighed 7 lb 6oz.

She has not yet revealed the name of the child.
