Lawyers for the victim’s family of human rights activist Irina Moskovskoy have information about a possible arrest of the suspect 5 days ago, not 8 January, when the official message of militiamen. This was stated by the lawyer Tamila Ulyanov in comments to television channel “112 Ukraine”.
“We know that this person was detained for another 5 days ago. If the person is detained 5 days ago, why was no court order for his detention? And if the sanction was, why didn’t you inform the public and the media before?” – said Ulyanov.
The lawyer added that he wants to get acquainted with the materials of the investigation because she had a lot of questions.
In particular, a suspect in the murder detained according to article 208 of the criminal procedure code, which provides for detention at the scene or immediately after the crime.
“On the website of the Ministry of internal Affairs offered information about what the suspect is detained as article 208. For non-lawyers report that article 208 of the criminal procedure code says that to detain a person in order to this article, if he was arrested or during the Commission of a crime or crime scene, or immediately after it, or if it has traces of the crime,” – said Ulyanov.

8 January it became known that the police detained a suspect in the murder Mostovskoy. He declared suspicion.
The media immediately reported that the crime was committed by Yuri Rossoshanskiy (father Dmitry rossoshansky â€“ driver, who in September of 2015 hit and killed a sister Moskovskoy Svetlana Zapadinsky). However, protection of the family Irina Moskovskoy casts doubt on the version of the investigation, as Dmitry rossoshansky could fall under the Amnesty.
