Young people post on their pages in social networks appeal to the peers with the hashtag #Stampalia serving to unite for support of incumbent President Vladimir Putin. Volunteers discuss possible forms of their participation in the election campaign of the President. In particular, they plan to put observers at polling stations located on the territory of universities, colleges, hostels, conduct cultural events and promotions.
