The President of the United States Donald trump celebrated “doubly special” Hanukkah at the White house after the announcement of the recognition of Jerusalem as the capital of Israel, which had aroused criticism and provoked clashes in the region.
“Chanukah is a time when Jewish families around the world to celebrate the wonders of the past and the promise of the future, â€“ said trump. We proudly support the people of Israel and renew our old ties”.
