The MP urged Ukraine “not to open mouth” on Russian territory

MOSCOW, 11 Dec — RIA Novosti. State Duma Deputy from the Crimea, Deputy Chairman of the Committee for nationalities Ruslan Balbec, commenting on Kiev’s proposal to hold a second referendum on the Crimea, called for “to gape” and “not to stare” on the territory of the Russian Federation.

Earlier the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko at the PACE session said about the readiness of Kiev to hold a new referendum on status of Crimea, but after the restoration of Ukraine’s sovereignty over the region.

“With regard to the holding of a referendum in a particular region according to the Constitution — let in Ukraine and carried out, and on our territory is nothing mouth gape and eye goggle,” said Balbec RIA Novosti.

The MP also called statements Poroshenko delusions of grandeur, “which he had the opportunity to hear, once on the European site”. “He understands that to win the region for him and even hold on the Peninsula the referendum is not the teeth,” he added.
