Friday Mostyska district court of Lviv region declared Saakashvili guilty of illegal border crossing and sentenced him to a fine in the amount of 3.4 thousand UAH (about $ 130).

“Naturally, we will appeal this decision, but we need to see the entire text of the court decision,” said Bogomazov. As the lawyer said, according to Ukrainian legislation, the parties have ten days to appeal such adjudication.

The lawyer Saakashvili has submitted to the migration service of Ukraine a statement on the recognition of his client by the person in need of complementary protection state to prevent the extradition policy of Ukraine to Georgia.
