Moscow. September 25. INTERFAX – the Leader of movement “the Christian state of Holy Russia” Alexander Kalinin not guilty in forcing the theater owners not to show film directed by Alexei Uchitel “Matilda”, reported “Interfax” a press-the Secretary of Tagansky court Julia Sukhinin.

“It is not disputed letters (cinemas). He says that they were guided by religious beliefs, but disagree with the guilty,” said Yury Sukhinin.

Earlier on Saturday a press-the Secretary reported that Kalinin was arrested for two months, i.e. until 22 November at the request of the investigator.

Taking the decision, the court considered that, while at liberty, the suspect may continue to engage in criminal activity, abscond and try to exert pressure on witnesses in the case. In addition, the court said in a ruling that Kalinin is reasonably suspected of involvement in the Commission of a crime.

As expected, within three days A. Kalinin decides to appeal against his arrest.
