Veliky Novgorod. September 21. INTERFAX – the Russian Orthodox Church will receive the free use of three temples of XIV-XV centuries, located in the historical centre of Veliky Novgorod, have informed on Thursday “Interfax” in the government of Novgorod region.
“The Russian Orthodox Church will be transferred to the Church of Rome, Church of Blasius and the Church of Peter and Paul in SÅ‚awno. These temples are still not having users, are monuments of Federal significance and is included in the world heritage list of UNESCO”, – said the Agency interlocutor.
According to him, buildings are in a satisfactory condition, but currently not ready to hold Church services.
