“Marshall plan” of investment in the real economy and articulated the conditions under which Ukraine will receive financial assistance from the EU

Former Prime Minister of Lithuania Andrius Kubilius, and one of the authors of the “Marshall plan” claim that Kiev must demonstrate a program of reforms to receive financial aid.

The Ukrainian authorities must submit a program of reforms to fulfill the conditions for receiving financial aid from the West in the so-called “Marshall plan”.

This was told by former Prime Minister Andrius Kubilius.

“We can clearly say that “the Marshall plan” should contain conditions. From the Ukrainian side needs to be a clear program of reforms that are a condition for receiving this money,” – said the official.

Kubilius also added that no specific areas of distribution of funds not discussed, but they clearly are invested in the real economy.

Recall that Ukraine can get another multi-billion dollar tranche from the IMF.
