Moscow. 3 Feb. INTERFAX – the Russian Orthodox Church considers unacceptable inspection by any signal in relation to families and offers to stop prosecution of parents for reasonable punishment of children, said the Secretary of the Chairman of the Patriarchal Commission on family matters, protection of motherhood and childhood Ekaterina Chistyakova.

“Often to family interference relates to the use of conscientious parents is not dangerous to children punishments they face administrative and criminal liability. You want to centrally change a practice that parents were persecuted for drunkenness or assault, but not pursued for a moderate punishment,” – said E. Chistyakova on Friday at a working meeting of the Ombudsman under the RF President on the rights of the child, the question of the regions in monitoring the practice of withdrawal of minors from the family.

“Check for any signal is invalid, they completely ignore the presumption of good faith of the parents. This is contrary to the Constitution and the fundamental principles of family law”, – said E. Chistyakova.
