According to him, this became possible due to the reorganization of the management structure and gaining the public status.
Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree on the establishment of this Fund on Monday, October 31. The founder is the Ministry of culture.
Source TASS in the Ministry of culture said that the decree involves only a change of the status existing since 1986, the Russian Fund of culture, noting that “no other changes will not.” The Ministry added that to run the Foundation, as before, will Mikhalkov.
In a press-service Mikhalkov, in turn, stressed that “the Fund will continue to implement all of their current projects, seeking to expand their geographical coverage and increase the level of involvement of the Russians.”
For 30 years “Fund all your project undertakings embodied and continues to embody at the expense of own funds”, — stressed in the press service of Mikhalkov.
