MOSCOW, October 14 — RIA Novosti. Presnensky court of Moscow has closed the criminal case of the businessman Erast Matayev, who beat the girl on the Old Arbat, the correspondent of RIA Novosti news from the courtroom.

Itself Erast Mataev in court admitted his guilt and stated that “repented”.

The businessman was charged under two articles of the Criminal code “Damage to property” and “Assault”. As pointed out at the hearing, the Prosecutor, he snatched the girl’s phone and threw it on the asphalt.
