The Council of the Gulf countries called on the UN to intervene in Aleppo

The cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Persian Gulf called on the UN security Council to intervene in the situation in Aleppo, to stop the bombing of the city that lead to civilian casualties, the report said Agency SPA reports Reuters.

The Secretary General of the Council of the Gulf countries Abdulatif bin Rashid al zayani was also stated that the members of the Council condemn the attacks on Aleppo and see them as “a blatant aggression and violation of international law”.

“The Council calls on the international community to condemn the heinous crimes that take place in Aleppo with the use of banned weapons and requires the UN security Council to intervene to stop the aggression against Aleppo,” said al Zayani.
