Russia will not support proposed by the American government a truce in Syria for a period of seven days. This was stated by Deputy Minister of foreign Affairs of Russia Sergey Ryabkov, reports TASS.
“The period of seven days is unacceptable to us,” he said.
According to the Deputy head of the Russian foreign Ministry, the Russian side has repeatedly proposed to introduce a 48-hour pause in hostilities, but the US refused and a power known only to them the reasons for fixated completely on demand seven day breaks”.
