In North Ossetia, the court fined the man who had poured brilliant green of the journalist of “Novaya Gazeta” Elena Kostyuchenko. About it reports “RIA Novosti”, citing a source in law enforcement bodies.
“He was fined under article of the administrative code 20.1 “disorderly conduct”, the man was detained immediately after the incident by law enforcement officials. He explained his action by the fact that the girls behaved unworthily,” — said the Agency interlocutor.
Article 20.1, “disorderly conduct” provides for an administrative fine in the amount from 500 to 1000 rubles or administrative arrest for up to 15 days.
According to the source, Kostyuchenko and her colleagues from the publication “Such things” Diana Khachatryan was not editorial identities, and they were not accredited for the ceremonies. “They were taken to the police after they have left the education system long enough to persuade them to get to the office, there after ascertain the circumstances of the girls were released,” — said the source, adding that the behavior of the journalists were outraged and the residents of North Ossetia. They tried to reassure journalists that “behaved provocatively and aggressively.”
On September 3, Kostyuchenko and Khachatryan were committed two attacks. At first the girls poured paint and took the phone near the school №1. The second attack on the girls was committed in a cemetery in Beslan.
A young man who was suspected in the attack on Kostyuchenko, was detained the same day. He did not deny his guilt and justify his action by the fact that Kostyuchenko was “unworthy”.
