Previously established the identity of the man who threatened to blow up the branch of the Bank in Central Moscow, reports TASS citing a source in law enforcement bodies of the capital.

According to him, the invader is Aram Petrosyan, 1961.

As reported by “RIA Novosti” the senior assistant to the head of the Moscow Department of the Investigative Committee, Yulia Ivanova, on the fact of capture of hostages in the Bank, a criminal case under article 206 of the criminal code.

As previously reported, a man with a box on his neck, from which protrude wires, threatening to blow up the Citibank branch in Bolshaya Nikitskaya street. According to the source RIA Novosti in law enforcement, before the attack the man told staff about his intention to seize the building. “The man was sitting on a bench after lunch in the Bank. He then approached the officers, allegedly to open an account, and asked to speak to the Bank Manager. Then he said that he is not against the activities of the Bank and is not going to get money, and came here to seize it,” — said the Agency interlocutor.

That man spent the whole day on a bench near the Bank earlier told TASS the Bank’s employees, who had to leave the building.

According to some, in the Bank along with the invader can be up to four people. In place are the police officers, according to TASS, the office was visited by the head of Moscow Department of internal Affairs Anatoly Yakunin.
