According to him, the invader is Aram Petrosyan, 1961.

As previously reported, a man with a box on his neck, from which protrude wires, threatening to blow up the Citibank branch in Bolshaya Nikitskaya street. According to the source TASS in law enforcement bodies, the man claims to be a businessman from the suburbs who went bankrupt, engaged in the manufacture of medical products. The man needs to create the Institute of bankruptcy of physical persons”.
According to the source RIA Novosti in law enforcement, before the attack the man told staff about his intention to seize the building. “The man was sitting on a bench after lunch in the Bank. He then approached the officers, allegedly to open an account, and asked to speak to the Bank Manager. Then he said that he is not against the activities of the Bank and is not going to get money, and came here to seize it,” — said the Agency interlocutor.
That man spent the whole day on a bench near the Bank earlier told TASS the Bank’s employees, who had to leave the building.
According to some, in the Bank along with the invader can be up to four people. In place are the police officers, according to TASS, the office was visited by the head of Moscow Department of internal Affairs Anatoly Yakunin.
