The Directorate of migration police of Petersburg has made the decision to deport the 46-year-old citizen of Ukraine from Russia. This is stated in the message of regional Department of the MIA of Russia.
According to the St. Petersburg online newspaper “Fontanka”, we are talking about the Director of the Foundation “open heart” Paul, Docenko.
In April, the police revoked his temporary residence permit. The reason was a “serious violation of national rules of migration legislation”, said the Minister. He spoke “for a violent change of the constitutional system of the Russian Federation”, said the interior Ministry. In August he was notified about the necessity to leave Russia within 15 days. However, he did not, “in connection with the administration on migration issues of the Moi of Russia adopted a decision on his deportation.”
According to “Fontanka”, August 21 the police came to the international charitable Foundation “open heart”, located in St. Petersburg. Police were interested in the financial documents of the Fund, as the Fund’s activities allegedly attended “some violations in the economic sphere”. Duchenko “was taken from the apartment on the Avenue of Solidarity the day before” writes “Fontanka”. The interior Ministry said that on 21 August he was placed in the temporary detention centre for foreign nationals.
Duchenko, was a pastor of the Evangelical Church, was at the same address as the Fund “open heart”. According to preliminary information “Fontanka”, “his anti-preaching and missionary discourse has attracted the attention of law enforcement bodies”. Perhaps this was the basis for annulment of temporary residence permit, writes “Fontanka”.
The Fund “open heart” deals with the rehabilitation of drug and alcohol addicts. On the Foundation’s website States that the main idea of the Fund is a “communication “from heart to heart”, based on Christian principles: the revival of a true relationship between people, based on love and openness, help a neighbor”.
