Russian high jumper vault Yelena Isinbayeva will not compete at the Olympic games in Rio de Janeiro. On Thursday, the world Association of athletics federations (IAAF) finally denied Isinbayeva in the permit on the Olympic games, said the athlete in your Instagram.
“Twenty minutes ago, I received a negative response from the Secretary of the IAAF. Unfortunately I made the exception. Before the Olympics in Rio I was not allowed. The miracle did not happen,” wrote the athlete. Isinbayeva thanked fans for their support. “It’s not meant for me to be in Rio!” — she concluded.
The jumper also has denied the information that it has not submitted to the IAAF an individual application for admission to the games. On Thursday, representatives of the Association said that the Russians were no queries.
