President Barack Obama condemned the attack on police officers in the state of Louisiana, which killed three employees of law enforcement agencies, reports Reuters.
“We may not yet know the motive for the attack, but I’ll try to say very clearly: there is no excuse for violence against law enforcement officers. These attacks are the work of cowards who don’t tell anyone,” said Obama. He added that he invited the Governor of Louisiana and local authorities support from the Federal government.
Sunday in the city of Baton Rouge in Louisiana has been an attack on police, in which three representatives of the law were shot dead, several officers were injured. One of the attackers was killed. Police are seeking another suspect. Residents urged to draw the attention of people in black clothing carrying a gun.
