Previously, workers of the two branches of the “Dalspetsstroy” involved in the construction of the spaceport, announced the intention to strike from July 8 to July due to unpaid wages, reports “Interfax”. According to the Agency, a letter from the relatives of the builders received a local news Agency.

In a press-service of “Dalspetsstroy” the Agency was told that “the company is currently in a difficult financial situation” due to “spasmodic financing of construction of the cosmodrome. “Starting in 2016, all employees were relying wages, albeit with a slight delay”, said the representatives of the company.
