The construction of the new plant will begin in late summer or early fall. It will appear in the special economic zone “Lipetsk”. Start the output is planned in 2018. Semenov stated that “Belaya dacha” has entered into the agreement on deliveries to McDonald’s. The network of fast food restaurants confirmed this information. “Belaya dacha” has announced plans to open a factory for the production of potatoes in 2014, but in July of the same year announced the suspension of the project. This was due to the position of the European Bank for reconstruction and development (EBRD) in connection with the EU sanctions against Russia. The EBRD, according to Semenov, was a partner in this project.
