Samsung will introduce a smartphone with a bendable screen at the beginning of 2017

Samsung Electronics plans to introduce two smartphones with a flexible screen, reported Bloomberg citing sources familiar with the matter.

Smartphones with flexible screen can be presented in the beginning of 2017, told the news Agency on condition of anonymity. Devices will use organic light emitting diodes (OLED).

Bloomberg notes that Samsung is the largest supplier of OLED screens for mobile devices. The use of advanced technologies in the development of the screen may, according to the Agency, to entice some customers from Apple and to rectify the situation in the financial statements.
