“Unfortunately, attacks in the Donbas has resumed. This is a clear demonstration of the fact that without a political solution any solution in the field of security is temporary and short-lived. At the same olifer reported that representatives of certain districts of Donetsk and Lugansk regions did not fulfill the obligation on a comprehensive ceasefire during the Easter holidays. In addition, it called “gross violation” of the Minsk agreements, the holding of may 9 in Donetsk parade with participation of military equipment.

Olifer also said that the militia has blocked the release of hostages because “they are tied to Amnesty.” In her opinion, they are two different actions that are absolutely different things. She says that she has been restricted the admission of experts of the International Committee of the red cross to the Ukrainian hostages who are in non-government controlled parts of Donbass.
