In the center of Moscow on Vasilevsky street there was a fire in the administrative building, according to a statement on the website of the Moscow emergency management. According to open sources, at this address (street Vasilevsky, 13) is the House of cinema.
The Agency specified that the information about the fire was received at 21:43 GMT. Arrived at the scene, firefighters found that the fire occurred in the area of 200 sq. m. As informs “RIA Novosti” with reference to EMERCOM in Moscow, at 22:42 Moscow time the fire was liquidated.
To extinguish the fire were attracted 121 lifeguard and 34 units of equipment, said the Ministry.
According to a source “RIA Novosti” in the emergency services, the fire was on the third floor of the building. There were no injuries, he said.
The movie house on Vasilevsky street was opened in 1934. Creative club runs under the leadership of the Union of cinematographers of Russia.
