The inhabitant of Tver has sentenced to two years for the repost in the “Vkontakte”

Zavolzhsky district court of Tver has sentenced a local resident Andrei Bubeev to two years and three months of imprisonment in a colony-settlement for the repost and publish pictures in a social network “Vkontakte”. Resident of Tver was found guilty under part 2 of article 280 of the Russian Criminal code (public calls for extremist activities) and part 2 of article 280.1 of the criminal code (public calls for action aimed at violating the territorial integrity of the Russian Federation).
