The official of the Ministry of economic development indicates that in the first quarter of 2016 “closed” procurement conducted of territorial administration of the Federal security service and the reserve, several military units. Trends of the first quarter

The representative of the press service of Federal Agency for state reserves said RBC that the Agency has not increased the number of closed procedures in the first quarter of 2016 compared with the first quarter last year. “The reserve uses closed ways of definition of suppliers, when information on the Federal needs, to ensure which are purchasing, is a state secret,” — confirmed in the written answer by the reserve.
