If Russia would be forced to engage in military conflict with a country, comparable in capacity with Ukraine, it would have lasted a maximum of four days. This statement was made by state Duma speaker Sergei Naryshkin, reports RIA Novosti.
The words came as a response to the political scientist Alexander Rahr. “I think you’re a real politician, you don’t believe the statements of Ukrainian political leadership that Ukraine is fighting with Russia. If for some reason Russia had to wage war, to resist the aggression of the country, and is comparable by its capacity with Ukraine, I hope we all realize how long this conflict lasted two, three, maximum four days. And everyone understands how the result would have been this conflict,” said Naryshkin.

The military conflict in the Donbass lasts from April 2014. The highest Ukrainian authorities, including President Petro Poroshenko is insisting on the participation of Russia in the conflict in the Donbass. Moscow denies these allegations and claims that the Russian military in Ukraine.
