In the center of Moscow on Petrovka street detained five activists of the movement “Stopham”. They tried to stick the sticker on the service bus of the Metropolitan riot police. About the Agency TASS said a source in law enforcement bodies.
“Employees of the capital riot police ensured public order in the center of Moscow. Several young people came to the service bus, which housed the staff of special forces, and tried to stick to Board the bus a sticker that says, “I don’t care at all — are parked as want,” — said the Agency interlocutor.
Police made the activists note, however, young people did not react. Later they were detained, writes TASS. Now activists are in the police station “Tver”. According to the source, the detainees have no passports, among young people, two minors. Against activists prepared administrative reports on violation.
As previously reported by the edition “Notepad”, the incident occurred near the Marriott on Petrovka street. According to the media, the activists first took off on camera parked cars, offering drivers to leave. Then they began to ask the Riot policeman, who was there, why car drivers are allowed to clutter up the roadway. Claims activists caused and a bus of Riot police, which, in their opinion, was close to the crosswalk.
According to the publication, after questioning, the police officer called his colleagues that “activists wrung his hands behind his back and escorted to the bus.” The newspaper did not report the attempt of activists to glue a sticker on a bus of Riot police.
Before it became known that the Moscow city court liquidated the movement “Stopham” at the request of the Ministry of justice. This was reported by the media, and soon the press service of the Moscow city court confirmed the liquidation of the movement. In the message received by RBC, it was said that the claim of the Moscow management of the Ministry of justice for liquidation of the public Association “Stopham” was discussed 12 October 2015 and satisfied.
The Ministry of justice said that the activities “Stopham” revealed “repeated gross violations of the law”. “The organization is not provided in the Statute information to the General Directorate of the Ministry of justice in Moscow, the provision of which is required by law”, — stated in the message.
“Stopham” was founded in Moscow in 2010. Activists watched how the drivers obey the traffic rules, primarily the rules of Parking. If their cars broke, activists pasted on the windshield sticker that says “I don’t care at all, parked where I want”.
Activity “Stopham” led to a major conflict. For example, in February in Central Moscow activists came into conflict with the Olympic champion Alexei Nemov.
