Antimonopoly service will challenge government contracts “Tsaritsyno” on 430 million rubles.

The Federal Antimonopoly service (FAS) on 14 April to challenge in court the legality of state contracts for the maintenance of the territory of the Museum-reserve “Tsaritsyno”. The amount of contracts is about 430 million rbl. the head of Department of culture of Moscow Alexander Kibovsky has told in conversation with Agency “RIA Novosti” at the Moscow cultural forum.

“The story is very unpleasant. No it is not normal and not duty, as it is trying to represent. The total amount of contracts, the validity of which is disputed by the FAS, is 430 mln. This is very serious. And I do not understand the ease with which some commentators say about this case,” — said Kibovsky.

He noted that the Department is not a party to the process. However, according to Kibovsky, in connection with this case, the Department will not impose additional financial control.

In early March it became known that the Director of “Tsaritsyno” Natalia Samojlenko has stepped down from his post. According to him, the leadership of the Museum did not explain the reasons for dismissal.

Later acting Director of the Museum-reserve “Tsaritsyno” was appointed Chairman of the joint historical and architectural Museum “Kolomenskoye” Sergey Khudyakov.
