Near Kiev opened a new bakery for 15 million euros

In the village Petrivtsi (Vyshgorodskiy district Kiev region) took place the opening of the plant for manufacturing frozen bakery products — Chanta Mount.

The project investor was Yuri Tryndyuk.

The plant was built from scratch in less than 1.5 years. The initial investment in the project amounted to 15 million euros in the commissioning of all required facilities will spend another 10 million euros.

Today Chanta can produce nearly 30 tons of ciabatta, French baguettes and other loaves partizanskih per day. And after the installation of additional lines capacity will increase to 90 tons per day. Thus, Chanta Mount will be one of the largest such plants in Europe.

The main buyers of this type of semi-finished products are bakeries at supermarkets and shopping centers, mini-bakeries, gas stations, HoReCa, food delivery services to offices.

“50% of the products we plan to implement in Ukraine, and sell the rest for export. We have created a powerful R&D Department, which is designed to help clients develop the most interesting recipes,” said Yury Tryndyuk.
