The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine fined the airport “Kiev” on 681 thousand UAH, as well as a control “Master Avia” 1.8 million UAH for violation of legislation on protection of economic competition in the form of anticompetitive concerted actions. About it reports a press-service AMKU.
“Fined LLC “MASTER-AVIA” 1 801 406 UAH, KP “international airport “Kyiv” (Zhulyany) on 681 019 UAH for violation of legislation on protection of economic competition in the form of anticompetitive concerted actions”, — stated in the message.
We will remind, at the end of 2010, the investment tender, the airport is operated by the company “Master-Avia”, which entered into a contract of lease of the property of the airport for 49 years. According to the company, during this time, she invested more than $50 million in new infrastructure of the airport and still directs all available resources to repay the loan. Beneficiaries, OOO, according to the state register, are Vasyl Khmelnytsky and Denis Kostrzhevsky.
“Master-Avia” has indicated that it owns the terminal and the apron, and on balance of the municipal enterprise ia “Kyiv” (Zhulyany) is the airfield and runway.
