We will remind, at the moment, Wizz Air offers flights to 42 destinations in 12 European countries 3 Ukrainian cities — Kiev, Lviv and Kharkiv.

During the first 9 months of 2018, the airline has carried over 1 million passengers on its flights to / from Ukraine. Thus an increase of 120% compared to the previous year.

The company plans to place on the base in Kiev, the fourth aircraft of the Airbus A320 in March 2019. I expect that it will contribute to the creation of new jobs in the airline, increasing the number to 140 as well as the development of the Ukrainian aviation and tourism, annually supporting more than 1 thousand jobs in these industries (as recommended by the airports Council International (ACI), for every 1 million passengers needs to be created 750 jobs per year).

Thanks to the fourth plane, the airline will add another flight to Lisbon — instead of two flights per week will be three flights. The aircraft will expand the network of routes from Ukraine and add five flights in Germany, Denmark and Latvia.

Recall from 1 July, the airline opened flights from Kiev to Berlin (schönefeld airport) and Frankfurt.

In March 2019, the airline is launching flights to Riga (Latvia), Bremen (Germany), Billund (Denmark), Copenhagen (Denmark)in December 2018 to Frankfurt-Hahn (Germany).

13 November 2018 Wizz Air plans to fly from Kharkov to London (airport “Luton”).
