“I guarantee you that we will implement this plan in two years — 10 shopping centres in 10 districts of Kyiv”, — said during a press conference in Kiev, the founder of the Mandarin Plaza Group developer Vagif Aliyev.
In addition to the Blockbuster Mall and Ocean Mall, scheduled for opening in winter and summer respectively, the company Vagif Aliyev has already started construction of two more SEC — “Forest Mall” (total area of 300 thousand square meters) and Ippodrom Mall (the area of 450 thousand square meters), located near the eponymous metro stations. Their opening is scheduled for 2019. Furthermore, it is known about plans for the Pobeda Mall (350 sq m), which will be located next to the metro station “Svyatoshin” and is expected to open in 2020.
About other locations, like on the total investment in the project, the co-owner of the Mandarin Plaza Group chose not to speak. It is only known that all projects are scheduled for completion by mid-2020.
However, according to the investor, plans to conquer the capital is just the beginning. “When I finish the construction of 10 shopping centers in Kiev, we’ll go with IKEA and H&M all over Ukraine and within 3-4 years we will open the best shopping centers in the regions,” — said the investor, refusing to name the city, which plans to expand its activities.

However, Aliyev made clear that his plans will be closely linked with the plans for the conquest of the regions IKEA. The developer promises to take care of the traffic on the access roads to the shopping centre.
