Polish energy company Polskie Gornictwo Naftowe i Gazownictwo (PGNiG) signed a contract with Energy Resources of Ukraine for the supply of gas to the operator of the gas transportation system “Ukrtransgaz”. This is reported in the press service of the company.
The contract provides for the supply of more than 200 million cubic meters of gas from October 2018 to 1 may 2019. Raw materials will be used for the needs of “Ukrtransgaz”.
Vice-President of the PGNiG on commercial issues Maciej Wozniak said that the gas, which his company offers to customers comes from a variety of sources and directions. Including from Qatar, USA or Norway, with the European gas markets and the gas that PGNiG produced in Poland.
Recall that in late August it was reported that the Polish company takes part in regular talks on gas supplies to Ukraine.
